User Agreement
User Agreement: InfectedNation

This User Agreement is a binding contract between you and InfectedNation. It works together with our Terms of Service and Copyright policy. You must accept it before using the app. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.
1. Real Identity and Account Recovery
You agree to register with your real first name, middle initial, last name and date of birth. This information stays private and is used only to verify you if you lose access, get hacked or are wrongly banned. Recovery depends on matching your stored details to a valid government-issued ID, so we cannot recover an account whose details do not match. A false recovery claim breaks this Agreement.
2. One Person, One Identity
You may keep one account for yourself. Multiple accounts to dodge bans, farm rankings or tokens, account sharing and account sales are prohibited. Saving several of your own accounts on one device to switch between is allowed only for accounts that belong to you.
3. Two-Factor Login
You can protect your account with an authenticator app. When it is on, you agree to keep your authenticator accessible and to never share codes. Staff will never ask for your code. Phone-text codes are not offered yet. If you lose your second factor, recovery requires matching ID and is not guaranteed.
4. Community Conduct
Treat members with respect in chats, parties, crews, forums, battles, reviews, comments and collabs. Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, impersonation, and sexual or exploitative content are prohibited. Trash talk in a rap battle must stay within these limits.
5. Moderation Limits and Appeals
Flooding the Service with 50 or more comments or messages in a minute locks you for 1 day; repeat violations lead to a 1-week ban, a 1-month ban, then permanent deletion of your account. You agree that appeals for bans and deleted accounts are made only through the official Discord.
6. Your Content and Licenses
You own your songs, beats, verses, videos, lyrics and collab parts. You give InfectedNation the license described in the Terms of Service to host and show them, including in share cards, rankings, battles, tournaments and the Infected feature. You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload, including samples, vocals, beats and lyrics from collaborators.
7. AI Use and Disclosure
You will correctly mark uploads that used AI for the beat, vocals or lyrics. You will not use AI tools to copy a real artist's voice or work without permission, to harass anyone, or to create deceptive content. AI-made beats may not be listed for sale.
8. Sales, Sellers and Payouts
Beat sellers and verse sellers must own what they sell, state the rights (lease or full ownership) honestly and deliver the files. Payouts depend on a valid payout account, the payment processor and any holding period. Fraud, stolen content or refund abuse lets us withhold payouts and remove listings.
9. Slime Tokens, Rewards and Achievements
Slime Tokens, achievement rewards, spin and ad rewards have no cash value. Using bots, scripts or multiple accounts to earn them voids the rewards and may lead to a ban.
10. Reviews, Rankings and Judging
Write honest reviews, one per person per song. Do not trade reviews, likes or votes. Premium Judges and Live Support agents are volunteers approved by the owner and must follow staff rules; abusing the role ends it.
11. Staff Roles
Admin, Mod, Premium Judge and Live Support roles are granted only by the owner and can be removed at any time. People in these roles must keep member information and moderation records private.
12. Safety and Reporting
Use in-app reporting for harmful content. Do not abuse reports to silence people. Retaliating against a good-faith reporter is a violation.
13. Privacy Choices
You control who can message you, mention you, see your profile, songs, friends, playlists and inventory, and whether personal info or your boombox track shows on your profile. Content marked private stays visible only to you. Turning on automatic boombox play only affects what plays for you when you open a profile.
14. Notifications
If you switch on device notifications, you allow the Service to show alerts on that browser or device. You can switch them off in Settings or in your browser at any time.
15. Prohibited Uses
Do not distribute malware, scrape or resell data, bypass paywalls or limits, probe for security holes, or build derivative services without permission.
16. Fees
Some features are paid. You accept the pricing and billing terms shown at purchase. Bad-faith chargebacks may lead to suspension.
17. No Guarantee of Recovery
Even with our best effort, recovery of an account, content or purchases is not guaranteed, especially where ID cannot be verified, fraud is suspected or this Agreement was broken.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end an account for violations, security risk or legal requirement. You may close your account at any time. Some records may be kept where the law requires or for safety.
19. Updates to This Agreement
When this Agreement, the Terms of Service or the Copyright policy changes, you must accept the update the next time you sign in. If you do not accept, you cannot keep using the Service.
